This year’s Sabris Customer Satisfaction Survey took place from 12 to 23 April 2021 and aimed to obtain feedback on the quality of the services we provided during the calendar year 2020.
We have evaluated all the received responses and we are pleased to say that the results are quite positive. The overall customer satisfaction reached 89 %. Compared to the previous year it is 5% more and from the perspective of history it is the highest value achieved in the last 5 years.
What do Sabris customers value most about the company?
Professionalism, expertise, human approach, reliability and the ability to solve a problem.
And where specifically do our customers see room for further improvement?
Capacity, communication, time management and sales phase.
Of course, we will continue to strive to maintain the quality of our services and, together with customers who have expressed low satisfaction or lower satisfaction than in the previous year, seek ways to improve cooperation.
