At the SAP CEE Quality Awards, Marvinpac CZ, s.r.o. took the bronze in the “Fast Delivery” category for their pilot project to implement SAP S/4HANA, including finance and logistics, in the CEE region. The project was implemented in cooperation with Sabris CZ.
The fast implementation of SAP S/4HANA required intensive collaboration and effective communication between the Sabris and Marvinpac teams. The deployment of a brand new solution according to the SAP Activate methodology posed a challenge for the supplier, requiring it to abandon its traditional approach and change its mindset from document-centric to process-oriented. A great help in dealing with critical issues with the untried system was collaboration with SAP’s EKT (Early Knowledge Transfer) team.
The implementation took just four months, from February to June 2016. As of 6 June, when the project went live, Marvinpac has been using a standard version of SAP S/4HANA.

In addition, a panel discussion on SAP S/4HANA took place after the ceremony, which was attended by both representatives of Marvinpac and Sabris.
