Sabris was selected by Continental Group to deploy SAP HCM in its companies in the Czech Republic. In the long term, professional implementation, support and development of solutions have ensured the reliability of HR processes for the customer.
In cooperation with Sabris, we carried out a large-scale IT project to implement SAP HR modules for the entire Continental Group in the Czech Republic. Implementation
Deployment of SAP HCM in a number of plants
Sabris implemented SAP HCM systems for new plants of Continental Group using various local payroll systems. The first stage included plants in Brandýs nad Labem, Adršpach, Trutnov, Jičín, Frenštát pod Radhoštěm and, as part of the unification of the payroll system on the SAP HCM platform, Barum Otrokovice, CTS, AZ Czech, Conti Tech and others.
Continental appreciated the cooperation with Sabris especially for its expertise and excellent communication, thanks to which all implementations were carried out according to the plan, on time and without any complications.
SAP HCM time management
In selected Continental Group plants, Sabris set up the SAP attendance system (“positive time recording method”).
In other plants Sabris connected various external attendance systems according to the specific needs of the customer.
Long-term solution support
Sabris has provided long-term support for Continental Group’s plants to ensure that the HCM system works properly regardless of the differences and specific features of the internal processes in individual companies.
The result is the gradual centralisation and unification of processes across plants and connection to third-party systems used by individual plants. At the same time, the connection to the Group’s global systems is underway.
Vitesco spin-off
Sabris was also significantly involved in the Vitesco spin-off project. At the same time, it became the main partner for the primary support of this newly established company.
